Training with a US Marine dad is a serious business. Don't get me wrong… I appreciate staying in shape for my adoring fans, primarily for my muse Sophie, so I am no stranger to blood, sweat and tears. Dad is in charge of our 2-person unit's first aid kit and makes sure we're always stocked up on healing salve. We cannot afford a serious injury so dad applies the salve on scrapes and cuts I acquire here and there from the rigorous workouts, or on an occasional hot spot. It brings me an immediate relief from pain, prevents infections, feels so soothing on my skin, and helps my battleground wounds to heal.
