ARGAN OIL

Known as “liquid gold”, argan oil is considered to be the holy grail of skin care oils—it is rich in vitamins A and E, plant sterols, antioxidants and essential fatty acids. Argan oil is particularly beneficial for eyelashes as it contains essential nutrients contributing to the thickening and sturdiness of lashes. The anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties of argan oil minimize oxidative stress, inflammation and consequently promote healthy lash growth. Fatty acids and vitamin A abundant in argan oil lubricate the hair shaft helping eyelashes to regain lost moisture and to intensify their color. Oleic acid helps to regulate sebum production in the eyelids, which in turn promotes healthy hair follicles for healthy lashes. Linoleic acid helps to maintain healthy hair follicles by boosting skin cell turnover to prevent clogged or dead hair follicles. Palmitic and stearic acid are good emollients that help retain moisture within hair follicles. By keeping eyelashes nourished and moisturized, argan oil encourages eyelash growth, reduces lash breakage and loss, as well as prevents thinning.

 

SWEET ALMOND OIL

Almond oil has been used in ancient Egypt to prevent baldness and encourage hair growth. Mild and hypoallergenic, it is a perfect choice for sensitive skin. Sweet almond oil is rich in biotin, essential for healthy hair. The abundance of monosaturated fats, vitamin E, magnesium, calcium, and other nutrients promotes eyelash growth, strengthens them and reduces shedding. Almond oil naturally adds shine and luster to the lashes, moisturizes and conditions them, preventing damage and breakage.

VITAMIN E

Vitamin E promotes eyelashes growth by stimulating circulation, enabling blood capillaries to supply nutrient-rich blood nourishing hair follicles. Due to its antioxidant properties, it protects hair follicles, thus preventing lashes fall-out. Vitamin E oil has been known to regrow hair where follicles were previously dead. Aging is one of the main reasons for thinning lashes; vitamin E has the ability to slow down the aging process by locking free radicals that cause oxidative stress. Applied to the eyelashes, vitamin E will not only make your eyelashes beautiful, but also protect them from damage and breakage.

 

LAVENDER ESSENTIAL OIL

Lavender essential oil is well known for its restorative properties. It is very gentle, which makes it ideal for the delicate eye area. Lavender oil dramatically accelerates hair growth and helps to condition and nourish eyelashes, so they grow thick and healthy. According to a 2016 study performed on mice, lavender oil promotes hair growth resulting in thicker and darker hairs. Additionally, it offers antibacterial properties that protect eyelashes against infections and itching. It also has anti-inflammatory effect helping to reduce irritation and inflammation of lash follicles.

Patch test before first use. Every night, before going to bed and once you have removed your makeup, apply the growth serum as close to the roots of your lashes as possible and wiggle before brushing out to get more product applied to every lash. Do not rub your eyes after application. Follow with your nightly skincare routine. If you experience any eye irritation, discontinue use until all irritation subsides.

Add biotin (also called: vitamin H, vitamin B7) to your daily vitamin routine. Natural sources of biotin include: egg yolks, legumes, nuts and seeds, liver, mushrooms, bananas, broccoli, and more.

 

RESULTS

 

This serum’s result vary from person to person. Consistency is key. Significant, visible changes to the lashes take time. With daily use, you will see improvement in 2-4 weeks and will experience the full effect of this lash serum after 3 months.
